About Tess

Tess, originally from Gothenburg, Sweden has been playing the violin since the age of 7.

She has studied with renowned professors Milan Vitek, Mihaela Martin and Lydia Mordkovich in Sweden, Germany and the UK,and has a soloist degree from Gothenburg College of Music and a postgrad at RNCM in Manchester.

After her studies she performed as a freelance musician with all the major North West orchestras, touring all over Europe. In recent years she has become an accomplished and dedicated teacher, striving to inspire a new generation of young musicians. She has more than a decade of experience teaching at all levels and  ages and will take you with confidence through to grade 8 and beyond.
