This is a quick update regarding our website and booking system.

Over the past couple of months we have been busy making a new website for Wirral Music Factory the we hope you will love. We are also changing our booking system to a new company.

The new website has a similar design to the old one but we are planning some new cool things and think the new site will allow us to do more. The new booking system comes with a few changes.

If you have bought a block of lessons with the old system you should be able to go straight to the new booking system and use those lessons.

Fill out the info, e.g., Name, Phone number, and email address.

Then click redeem code or package. In the box, you can either add your assigned code if you know it or type in your email address and if you have credit on your account, a tick should appear, and you can book your lesson.

We will be running both booking systems for a short time to make sure nothing gets missed. If you do come across any problems, please get in touch.
