For other instruments such as guitar, violin, and Bass Guitar, we do have some availability, but it is always better to bring your own. We do not have spare ukuleles, mandolins, saxophones, or Flutes for students to use in their lessons, and student will be required to bring their own.

A pack of 5 lessons for one instrument: Starting from £75 for 5×30 min (save £5) or £140 for 5×60 min (save £10).

You buy the block and we email you a voucher code. You then apply that code when you book each of your 5 lessons, so the block price covers all five.
Yes — all purchases expire 180 days (about 6 months) after purchase.

No — each block is tied to the instrument or tutor it was bought for.

Payment & refunds

Online: card (Stripe). In person at the studio: card or cash.

You pay at the point of booking — a single lesson pays for that lesson; a block is paid upfront.

Single lessons are refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the start time. Blocks are refundable within 2 weeks of purchase if no lessons have been used. Anything else, please get in touch. Refunds are aproved by your tutor.

Managing your bookings

In your account area at /my-account/. You reach it via the Manage my bookings link in your booking emails.

You can also ask our AI assistant chat bot Maestro. He lives at the bottom of each screen.

On the /my-account/ page, enter the email you booked with and you will get a fresh secure sign-in link. There is no password to remember.

Through your account, or by asking Maestro (the chat on the website). Please give at least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged.

Cancelling & rescheduling

At least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.

The lesson is charged in full and no refund or voucher is given. If you have what you feel is a valid reason please let us know but the final decision is with your tutor.

If you cancel an individual lesson from your block with more than 24 hours’ notice, your credit is restored for use at a later date. Lessons cancelled with less notice are forfeited. Please note that refunds on a full block must be requested within two weeks of purchase.

Refunds aren’t available once a block has begun, so please book only when you’re confident you can use all the sessions.

The lesson is carried forward to a future slot. Make-up lessons are offered when the tutor cancels, not for student cancellations.
