Meet Su — Singing Teacher
Su is one of our singing teachers at Wirral Music Factory, with over 30 years of experience as a professional singer across blues, jazz, rock and pop. She promotes vocal health and makes her lessons relaxed, fun and informative for students of all levels.
About Su
Su has over 30 years of experience as a professional singer.
She has covered many different styles in her career, including blues, jazz and rock to name a few.
She has extensive experience performing live as a solo performer and also in various bands.
It is this vast experience that positions Su as an ideal singing tutor for students looking to develop and build control in their voice for live performances or simply for their own enjoyment.
As a young singer, Su struggled with vocal problems and her journey to recovery means that she now has a vast knowledge of vocal health and how to care for your voice.
She specialises in building vocal confidence in singers of all ages and strongly believes that singing should be fun.
Lessons include whatever the student wants to learn: vocal and breathing techniques, performance, repertoire and songwriting but can also include things such as microphone technique and how to set up a PA system.
Su is a very relaxed and patient person and her lessons are very informal. She aims to give her students individual lessons that meet their needs.
